New Zealand

New Zealand – a country like no other
New zealand has it all – white and black sand beaches, clear ocean water, dramatic cliff-lined coastlines, rolling green hills dotted with cows and sheep, stunning hikes, and breathtaking mountains. while it may seem like a hike to get here, This country has something for everyone and I truly believe it should be on everyone’s travel bucket list.
When is the best time to visit?
It depends what you’re looking for! If you’re looking to spend time at the beach or winery hopping, then it’s best to come during summer (December-February). if you’re looking to ski or snowboard, then the winter is obviously the time to come (July-September). The shoulder seasons (spring/fall), are also great times to visit as New Zealand’s climate is pretty moderate, so you’ll likely still have good enough weather to do some outdoorsy things, just maybe not a beach day.

Credit cards vs cash
credit cards are accepted most places in New Zealand. It’s always a good idea to have some cash on you though in case you end up somewhere that does not take card (it happened to me at a cafe in Auckland!).
