welcome back to my Week in my life series, where each week i detail out how i spent the prior week as an american temporarily living in new zealand! This past week was full of fun activities and good eats (per usual). We tried quite a few new places in Auckland over the past week as well! this post summarizes march 31st-April 6th.

We tried so many new (to us) spots this past week and really liked all of them! special shoutout to Young Dandy, Deli di bossi, and burgernaut though – the service and food at each of these was outstanding! see below for all of this week’s eats:

We tried two different breweries over the weekend before the rugby game – Churly’s and Urbanaut. Both had a fun atmosphere and Urbanaut’s marshmallow IPA is now one of my favorite beers I’ve ever had I think? only the aftertaste is marshmallow-y but it was seriously so good!

Finally tried Rumours coffee this week too and now I’m regretting not coming sooner. Definitely some of the best coffee I’ve ever had and the cafe itself is really cool.

I also tried Onda in Newmarket after passing by it a few times and seeing a few tiktoks about it. Their salted maple matcha was so good and they have the cutest little exterior!

Young Dandy had a cold brew special this week that was not only the most beautiful coffee ever, but also tasted amazing. it had a saffron and orange cold foam if i’m not mistaken?

a fun-filled week tbh!!

we went to Dua Lipa on Wednesday night and as expected, she was unreal. I also saw her in 2022 in Chicago and can confirm she is still one of the best performers I’ve ever seen.

On Friday, I was asked to participate in a shoot for Moodi, a company that primarily makes pre and pro-biotic supplements in the form of powders and healthier sodas. stay tuned for the content from my modeling debut lol.

On Saturday, we went to our first rugby game. we hardly knew what was going on, but it was still entertaining and tbh the people watching was 10/10. and Auckland won!

we are leaving for bali and lombok in a few days!!! so freaking excited
